They assist the couple in choosing the right suppliers to bring their vision to life and optimize the use of their budget. Throughout the process, they manage all the professionals involved in realizing the couple’s dream wedding. WHAT I WILL DO FOR YOU
To interpret your needs and tastes, your budget, and your desires, I first need to meet and get to know you.
One of the first things to do is choose the venue! I will assist you in finding a location that suits your preferences.
I will then contribute to choosing a theme or style.
I will take care of creating unique and original setups based on the chosen theme, defining the overall layout for all accessories, decorations, floral arrangements and printed materials, from invitations to the tableau de mariage, from the menu to place cards, creating a sort of common thread to ensure stylistic coherence throughout the event.
I will select quality suppliers and services, negotiate contracts, and manage relationships with staff, ensuring adherence to the budget and deadlines.
I will handle the setup of the venue, from choosing floral decorations to catering for the banquet, to rental services for transporting the couple to the ceremony and reception, from the Makeup Artist to the Hair Stylist for the bride, including the photographer, musicians, DJ, singers, and other artists for guest entertainment during the party.
I will guide you in choosing wedding favors.
I will supervise and coordinate all activities during the wedding, managing any unforeseen circumstances.
I will collect feedback and evaluations from the couple and guests to improve the service.
